Coach Tiffany is simply the best!  What I appreciate most about her coaching methodology is the  conversational approach.  his graceful style creates an environment that allows you to feel comfortable and be your authentic self.  Her pointed questions forces you to think, look deep within yourself and discover what was there all along.

It was divine that Tiffany provided me the awareness that she has begun an extension to her career as a coach.  It was at a time in my life where I was feeling like I was stuck.  While I had vision I had a hard time figuring out  a path to realizing them.  In my time working with Tiffany she made me ask myself questions that helped me to understand what was causing me freeze and to build out steps that have resulted in forward movement for me.  I have made such progress toward person and professional goals and I am equipped with a few questions that I ask myself when I find myself not knowing exactly what's next.  This was an area where we were able to address just where I was and there was no judgement, only a look at what's next.  If I find myself not progressing again I will be giving Tiffany a call.

Coaching is a necessity and not a choice in corporate and other industries.  Finding a competent coach is a challenge but for me it has been an incredible journey with Coach Tiffany. I have wondered if she is for real many times since she has stunned me. She discovered several strengths of mine that I have never known and helps to capitalize them, also she never forgets to remind me of them almost every session. At the same time, she has a unique way to help improve upon weaknesses. As a coach, Tiffany is one of a kind.  Tiffany has gifted me with the power of envisioning technique that has profoundly changed the way I think and additionally it has instilled immense confidence and fulfillment. I cannot end the review without mentioning the fact that Tiffany holds highest integrity on confidentiality and has amazing patience. Tiffany accepts every emotion that comes of the coaching session without judgement that makes me feel I have someone to be my real self without fear. Tiffany is a coach,  who puts people first over everything else, she is a true blessing, and I cannot be at my best without her as my coach who provides me a path to remove my barriers and pushes me forward to achieve goals in the righteous manner.
